Whether you’re seeking deep relaxation, new wellness practices, or simply a peaceful day surrounded by community, this experience is designed to help you reset and return to your daily life feeling refreshed, inspired, and renewed.
Throughout the day, you’ll have the opportunity to explore immersive healing experiences, movement, music, and holistic wellness consultations led by experienced practitioners. Enjoy a special Sound Healing experience with Dezarie and Mariea Antoinette, along with mindful movement, yoga with sound bowls, Reiki, incense making with Lavva, and a Sacred Fire & Crystal Hologram Activation.
Guests who would like to take their wellness experience a little deeper can book one-on-one consultations with practitioners specializing in health and stress, myofascial therapy, iridology, and cellular detox. These personalized sessions are available for an additional fee, allowing you to choose the services that speak most to your individual wellness needs.

WorldBeat Cultural CenterThis renovated 1 million gallon water tower on the edge of Balboa Park was repurposed and revitalized by the vision and hard work of Makeda Cheatom, the World Beat Center Team and the loving community that surrounds it. Over 23 years later it’s doors have been open every day to all people, regardless of color or creed, as a place to celebrate all cultures, all art, all music, all dance and all people. With the inside walls covered in murals by local artists brightly commemorating important leaders and historical cultures, there are multiple galleries and small shops within the building serving healthy local foods, locally sourced goods and a gallery of art and artifacts.
