About the Event
Step into the world of strongman with the SoCal StrongHuman Classic, a fun, beginner-friendly competition designed for anyone seeking to challenge themselves. No experience necessary - just bring your determination!
We have Men’s & Women’s Divisions available to meet your current strength level (The Rookies, Weekend Warriors, Iron Giants).
Kids & Teens Can Be Strong Too! Young athletes will tackle exciting challenges - including our fan favorite stuffed animal overhead press for our 12 & under division- along with other age-appropriate events designed to make every participant feel like a champion. We have two age divisions available (12 & under and 13-17 year olds).
Spectators are welcome to cheer on their favorite athletes and join in a community event of strength!
