Busalacchi Restaurants Present The Feast

Busalacchi Restaurants is proud to announce the debut of The Feast, a new annual community celebration that will bring together food, family and tradition in the heart of Little Italy for years to come. The inaugural event will take place on Sunday, Oct. 11, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., transforming India Street into a one-night-only open-air dining experience unlike anything previously held in the neighborhood.
To launch this new tradition, the first-ever Feast will commemorate a milestone year for the Busalacchi family: 40 years of serving San Diego and helping shape the evolution of Little Italy into one of the city's most celebrated culinary and cultural destinations.
For one evening, India Street will close from Fir Street to Grape Street, creating a communal gathering space where guests will dine at long banquet tables stretching through the center of Little Italy. Inspired by the Italian tradition of gathering around the table, The Feast will invite attendees to enjoy a family-style dining experience beneath the stars and the neighborhood's iconic string lights while celebrating the people, businesses and relationships that have helped define Little Italy for generations.
Envisioned as an annual tradition, The Feast will serve as a celebration of the Busalacchi family, their restaurants and the community that continues to make Little Italy one of San Diego's most vibrant neighborhoods. While this inaugural event honors the restaurant group's 40th anniversary, future editions of The Feast will continue the tradition of bringing people together through food, hospitality and shared experiences.
The Feast will offer three ticket experiences, with special early reservation pricing available through Sept. 1, 2026:
General Admission — $295 Early Reservation | $350 Standard

As part of its commitment to giving back to the community, The Feast will benefit The Positive Movement Foundation, a San Diego-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting underserved and at-risk children and youth. Through partnerships with seven local elementary and middle schools, as well as Juvenile Courts and Community Schools, the organization provides educational resources, scholarships, workshops, enrichment programs and student recognition initiatives at no cost to participating schools.
