Borrego Rooftop Kitchen + Cocktails is gearing up for football game days with drink specials available during games throughout the season.
The Touchdown pairs a 24-ounce Pacifico, Modelo or Corona with a shot of Herradura Blanco, priced at $15. With LED TVs throughout the rooftop restaurant and bar, Borrego offers a lively setting to catch every pass, tackle and touchdown.
For the first Monday night game on Sept. 14, Modelo brand ambassadors will be on-site handing out swag and samples as the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Denver Broncos.
Borrego’s menu has plenty of shareable dishes to enjoy while catching the action. Standouts include the ahi poke nachos, marinated yellowfin tuna with crispy wonton chips, avocado, sriracha aioli and pickled onions, priced at $24; carnitas flatbread with salsa roja, a blend of cheddar, jack and cotija cheeses, pickled onions and cilantro, priced at $22; and tamarindo wings with housemade ranch, priced at $20, among other options.
