Join the North Coast Symphony for an afternoon of musical magic on Saturday, October 17, at 2:30 p.m. at San Dieguito United Methodist Church in Encinitas. The program features clarinet soloist Max Opferkuch performing Carl Maria von Weber’s "Clarinet Concerto No. 1," along with the captivating "The Sorcerer’s Apprentice" by Dukas and Mussorgsky’s mysterious "Night on Bald Mountain." Rounding out the program is Gabriela Frank’s lively "Jungle Jaunt."
