Scream Diego RETURNS this October 17, 2026! The exciting return of San Diego's Halloween and Horror convention is going to make you SCREAM!!!
This year's theme will be "ZOMBIES ZOMBIES ZOMBIES!!!"
Do not miss the return of the horror event of the year in what will be the scariest and most fun conventionof the fall! Taking place Saturday, Oct. 17, 2026, at the Doubletree by Hilton in Mission Valley at the Hazard Center, expect an haunting experience with panels, vendors, artists, entertainment, movies and more!
We will have many horror, spooky, oddity type vendors to satiate your spooky and grim shopping needs! Artists with original art on display and for sale! Karaoke and a DJ with Halloween and eerie inspired music at the return of MONSTER PROM!
TWO panel rooms discussing a variety of topics, from diversity in horror, the state of the the horror scene in San Diego, writing horror, and so much more!
Our independent horror film festival screening returns, as well! We will show independently made and produced films from local and regional filmmakers and aspiring horror directors!
Our kids zone will have fun and spooky activities for kids!
And everyone can enter our costume contest with terror-ific prizes, including tickets to our other upcoming events, like San Diego Anime Con! There will be a kids and an adults contest!
