About the Event

Enjoy a perfect fall day in San Diego with Adjoin! From soil to soul, wander through seasonal blooms in a private backyard garden, dig into festive fall activities, support local artisans with disabilities and take home their hand-crafted creations, and savor an afternoon outdoors with neighbors, friends, and fellow Adjoiners.

Learn how Adjoin has grown from our grassroots into a California statewide nonprofit throughout the years. Learn how our person-centered approach to support grows the confidence of each client we serve. Whether for our clients living with intellectual and developmental disabilities or veteran families experiencing homelessness, sprouting confidence today creates flourishing success in the future. Join us in the garden, and help us grow!

We create limitless pathways for people to belong where they live, work, learn, and play. With over 40 years of service in California, you can trust our people, compassion, integrity, innovation, and fun!

Adjoin provides crucial and essential services to communities throughout California through three service divisions. We serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through a variety of services that enhance their ability to live, work, learn, and play in their communities of choice. We serve veteran families struggling with housing stability with low-barrier, wraparound housing and financial assistance services that establishes self-sufficiency, prioritizes housing first, and gives choice back to our veterans. Finally, we are dedicated to innovation in the digital space by developing a web-based platform for people with disabilities to easily connect with services in their area, expanding access for all.

Adjoin is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Your donation is tax-deductible as provided by law. Please consult with a qualified tax consultant for tax-deductible detailed information.
