Wellness in the Watershed Series

Join us for a new series through the Escondido Creek Conservancy, Wellness in the Watershed, starting in May 2026 and running until the end of October 2026. This is a four-part Workshop Series at the Mountain Meadow Preserve featuring mindfulness practices, all set in the beauty of nature! Throughout this series, participants will experience yoga, sound baths, somatic practices, breath work, and Qigong. See the attached flyer for a more in-depth description of each class. This series is for individuals who are 55+, so please share the word with anyone in your life who wants to spend some time outside during this beautiful upcoming Spring and Summer season, and feel a closer connection both to nature and to themselves.
