Rising singer/songwriter Solya is about to hit the road for a North American headline tour in support of her critically acclaimed debut album, "Queen of Texas."
The 25-city tour will be coming through San Diego for a show at SOMA - sidestage on Sept. 16, 2026.
Recorded to tape in Lockhart, TX with producer Danny Reisch (Khruangbin, Local Natives), "Queen of Texas" expands the 20-year-old’s bedroom-pop roots into a fully realized world—think goth Lana Del Rey with a bit of country twang. Blending warm Americana, dreamy indie rock, and retro pop harmonies, the LP pairs psychedelic storytelling with intimate reflections on heartbreak, identity, and growing up queer in a small town.

SOMA is committed to teaching new talent how to market and progress through the industry while offering a safe and energetic environment for those affiliated with the scene. We are also committed to showing people, through example, that having a good time does not require the use of drugs and/or alcohol. SOMA Box Office Hours: Wed-Thurs. 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. and Show Days 4-10 p.m. Online Box Office: Print your tickets at Home! Online tickets will not be shipped. Matching ID is required with ONLINE tickets upon entry to venue. Note: Only one ID is required for multiple ticket orders. Online service fees range from $1.75 - $3.50 per ticket and are non-refundable when an event is cancelled. Parking is Free! SOMA has been issued by the Sports Arena additional parking North Side of the venue - South End of Sports Arena lot. There is additional parking within the strip mall location on a first come first serve basis. There will be no drinking or use of drugs within SOMA secured parking zone.
