Share a meaningful experience with family and friends this Thanksgiving weekend. Join Zen Soul Balance and a group of talented sound artists and musicians for an immersive sound healing experience inside the breathtaking St. Paul’s Cathedral in San Diego.
Set against the stunning backdrop of the cathedral’s architecture and candlelit ambiance, this wellness experience is a soulful invitation to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself in community. Experience the synergy of masterful sound artists, musicians, and healers as they blend crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, didgeridoo, handpan, chimes, violin, and other therapeutic sounds to create a profoundly restorative journey.
Cathedral of Light is more than a personal healing experience – it’s a call to community care. In support of our unsheltered neighbors, we’re hosting a donation drive to benefit Alpha Project for the Homeless, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals, families, and communities through work, recovery, and support services.

Music, Architecture, and the Visual and Performing Arts in St. Paul’s Cathedral: The Cathedral Center for the Performing and Visual Arts is an integral part of the program and ministry of St. Paul’s Cathedral. Our activities are a means of outreach, not only to the Cathedral congregation, but to the diocese and the community-at-large. We seek to be aware of the community needs and concerns of the San Diego area, and desire to engage the community in conversation to meet these needs through art-based programs.
