About the Event
Looking for a meaningful way to give back, meet some wonderful people, and spend time around horses? We'd love to welcome you to the Wylde Horses family!
Who We Are: Wylde Horses Therapeutic Riding Facility is a nonprofit organization located in Valley Center, CA. Through our therapeutic riding, horsemanship, equine assisted Reiki, mental health, arts and crafts, and gardening programs, we provide individuals with disabilities and people of all abilities opportunities to build confidence, independence, strength, and meaningful connections.
Join Our Volunteer Team! Our volunteers are the heart of our facility, and we are always looking for extra hands! Whether it's assisting with therapeutic riding lessons, supporting our Reiki and other enrichment programs, helping with arts and crafts or gardening, or keeping the ranch running smoothly through daily barn chores and horse care, there are so many ways to make a difference!
Our New Volunteer Orientation is the perfect place to start! During this hands-on training, you'll tour our facility, learn about daily ranch operations, basic barn chores, horse safety, and the important role our volunteers play.
No prior horse experience is necessary! Volunteers must be 18 years or older to participate.
