Little Italy Mercato | Every Saturday & Wednesday
Join us at the Little Italy Mercato Farmers’ Market every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and every Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., year-round, rain or shine.
The Saturday market is San Diego County's largest, filling six city blocks on West Date Street from west of Kettner Blvd to Front Street. Shop for farm fresh produce, pastured eggs, poultry, meat, nuts and plants from California farmers; fish, olive oil, bread, sauces and much more from local foodmakers. Find selected local artisans and gifts at each end of the market. Shop twice as fresh, on Wednesdays and Saturdays at the Little Italy farmers markets.
The Wednesday Mercato is a growing market, now on 3 blocks from Kettner Blvd to State Street with many of the same farmers and vendors found on Saturday, and others unique to the weekday market. Find local farmers offering produce, eggs, honey and flowers. Discover artisan foods and crafts and art by local makers on the beautiful Piazza della Famiglia and surrounding blocks. Farmers markets keep farmers farming.
